Tackling the subject of death is never easy. Knowing users on this site will be distressed, it was important that the design evoke feelings of peace and calm and that the navigation be especially effortless. In addition to the design and build of this site, I implemented an automated system that sends a questionnaire, collects payment, and allows for scheduling a call, meaning Rich will have more time to focus on his writing and won’t waste time on administrative tasks.
I really love the website Manda created for me! It came out even better than I expected. Everyone who sees it comments on how easy it is to navigate and how the design makes them feel calm and comfortable. Besides being beautiful, the automation makes my job much easier. I couldn't be happier.
