I highly recommend WP Engine website hosting. It includes a staging site and IT support. You can find pricing on their website wpengine.com.

Hyper Pony is not an IT company. You can go through WP Engine for your IT maintenance, or I can provide a list of resources for you to choose from.

You will be able to make most updates to your site yourself! If you need major updates or a new page designed from scratch, I’ll work with you on a custom estimate. Or, if you have an in-house team or vendor familiar with WordPress, they will be able to make updates for you.

No. Each site is custom designed and custom built around your individual goals.

You will be working directly with me throughout your project. I do have a professional copywriter and a professional developer who I bring in for larger projects. In that case, you will have the opportunity to meet them as they will be part of our project team. I do NOT outsource my projects to larger agencies, junior designers, or outside designers. Rest assured, I will be the one creating your website.

You do! Once your site is launched, it is all yours to do with as you please. You are not obligated in any way to continue working with Hyper Pony Studio.

I require 50% upfront before any work is started, and the remaining payment is due upon completion (and before your site launches).

Hyper Pony Studio websites start at $6,500 and most sites land in the $7,000–$15,000 range.

Your only ongoing costs are your domain and hosting costs. Those are paid through the original providers (and will have to be paid no matter who creates and maintains your site). There are no ongoing costs for Hyper Pony Studio.

They are! If cheap is what you’re looking for, you should use one of those services. Templates and one-size-fits-all services will only get you so far, and I think you’ll find do-it-yourself web editors are more labor-intensive and restrictive than advertised.

I’ve found that my clients prefer to create a custom experience for their web visitors – one that speaks directly to their target market and helps them turn visitors into clients. 

I am usually booked anywhere from 4-12 weeks in advance. 

Depending on the size of your site, most projects will take between 8-16 weeks to complete.

You’ll receive a timeline with your launch date with your proposal and contract.

Before we begin work on your site, you should have your brand elements in place (logo, fonts, colors), as well as your target market/niche. If you don’t have these ready, let’s talk. I may be able to add this to your project (depending on how booked I am), or I can recommend some fantastic professionals that specialize in these areas to help you! 

I work with financial advisors, boutique asset managers, mutual fund companies, and investment industry vendors. I do occasionally work with service-based professionals outside of the finance industry. Just ask!

I do offer logo design and visual branding services – but only when they are part of a web design project.

I also offer Fractional CMO services to very select and limited clients. If you are interested in working with me this way, just ask!
